Lead → Raise → Send

We will lead as many people as we can to our Lord Jesus Christ! Helping people who say, 'No', say, 'Yes' to God.

We will raise up committed Christians, developing them into spiritual giants for God. Realizing that Joseph, Moses, and David, as well as other biblical men and women were examples to reach toward and not examples that are out of reach.

We will send them into their life mission that God leads them toward. We will help them discover what it is that God has uniquely designed them to do. Once they begin to see God's purpose for their lives we'll help them grow into that purpose and create opportunities for them to succeed.

Our vision is to be.....

.....a church that is relevant to the current culture and the emerging post modern culture.

.....a church with a tangible atmosphere of love, acceptance and forgiveness.

.....a church whose primary focus is to reach the lost.

.....a church of disciple development. One that encourages and more importantly facilitates growth in each individuals personal walk with Christ.

.....a church of ministry development. One that helps individuals discover what God has uniquely designed them to do. We will facilitate and train them to walk in their calling. 

.....a church that purposely reaches and teaches our children and youth. We chose to place a high value on our kids. We understand that they are not the church of tomorrow, they are the church of today. 

.....a church committed to restoration, a spiritual hospital. We must purpose to bring wholeness to humanity. Wholeness to spirit, soul, and body.

.....a church that is committed to building community through covenant relationships. Through cells and other small groups we will discover what God's Word teaches us are the true principles of covenant relationships. As a church, we must be willing to agree to disagree on non-essentials, and accentuate the essentials. 

.....a church that is a sending force. We will send out, from our body, pastors, missionaries, evangelists, etc. Fully trained and prepared to make an impact in the area that God calls them.

 .....a church that is not only locally focused, but globally focused as well. Through people and/or resources we will support ministries all over the world, fulfilling the 'Great Commission' globally.                          

.....a church that is willing and ready, by the grace of God, to be constantly formed by the hand of God in order to meet the challenges of the future. We must remain culturally relevant even as the culture changes.

1.    WE BELIEVE in the eternal value of every soul; therefore we will do everything possible to reach them with the Good News of Jesus Christ.

2.    WE BELIEVE the catalyst for transformed lives comes through teaching that is Bible-centered, Holy Spirit led, culturally relevant, creative and balanced.

 “I try to find common ground with everyone so that I might bring them to Christ. I do all this to spread the Good News.” I Corinthians 9:22, 23 (NLT)

 “All Scripture is inspired by God and is useful to teach us what is true and to make us realize what is wrong in our lives. It straightens us out and teaches us to do what is right. It is God’s way of preparing us in every way, fully equipped for every good thing God wants us to do.”   II Timothy 3:16, 17 (NLT)

3.    WE BELIEVE “every member has a mission”, therefore we will help every person discover, develop and deploy their God-given gifts and abilities. 

“Each one should use whatever gift he has received to serve others.” I Peter 4:10

“God has given each of us the ability to do certain things well.”  Romans 12:6 (NLT)

4.    WE BELIEVE excellence honors God and inspires people, it should permeate all our activities.

  “And whatever you do or say, let it be as a representative of the Lord Jesus. Work hard and cheerfully at whatever you do, as though you were working for the Lord rather than for people.” Colossians 3:17, 23 (NLT)

 “Whatever you do, you must do all for the glory of God.” I Corinthians 10:31 (NLT)

5.    WE BELIEVE the church is to be a safe place where the healing power of Jesus Christ restores broken people.

  “Brothers, if someone is caught in a sin, you who are spiritual should restore him gently.” Galatians 6:1

Jesus: “The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, for he has appointed me to preach Good News to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim that captives will be released, that the blind will see, that the downtrodden will be freed from their oppressors, and that the time of the Lord’s favor has come.” Luke 4:18, 19 (NLT)

6.    WE BELIEVE the worship of God and His Son, Jesus Christ, should be our highest aim in life.

 Jesus: “Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.” Mark 12:30

7. WE BELIEVE that true community and life-change happen best in small groups where authentic relationships are nurtured in an atmosphere of love, acceptance and forgiveness.

 “And all the believers met together constantly and shared everything they had. They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts.”     Acts 2:44, 46 (NLT/NIV)
